Quilt Junction Policies – Terms and Conditions
Quilt Junction is a retail fabric and quilt shop with a store front located in Waterford’s historic train station. We strive to offer only quality fabrics and exceptional service to our customers. We provide a wide variety of high quality cotton quilting fabrics, batiks, canvas and linens, and some garment fabrics; knits, rayon and voile fabrics, as well as all the sewing notions, threads and quilting tools you may need. For those of you who enjoy hand work, we also provide hand quilting, wool applique, English paper piecing and embroidery supplies. We provide a variety of classes of all levels.
Our shop is well known for its wide variety of children’s fabrics and assortment of kits available. These ‘one of a kind’ exclusive kits are available in store or can be purchased on the online ‘Shopping’ page of our website. Please note, in order to work out all the potential glitches with providing a web shop, our online shop is currently shipping only within Ontario, Canada. We hope to inspire you and see you soon.
Returns & Refund Policy
Providing the highest quality goods is very important to us at Quilt Junction. In order to be eligible for a refund, we must be notified in writing within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Please note, cut fabrics, books, patterns and sale items are non-refundable. The order must be in its’ original packaging. Proof of purchase and the Return Authorization Number must be included in the package. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all return orders. Postage fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your refund is approved, refund will be provided in the form of a store credit, less the restocking charge.
We ship all parcels by Canada Post using Priority Post service. Domestic packages generally take 3 – 5 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 days from receipt of confirmed order. A Canada Post Tracking number will be provided with each parcel order shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered purchases. We cannot offer a credit or refund in the event of a lost or undelivered purchase, or goods damaged in transit. Should you need to contact us, please contact our Customer Service Office at 519-443-7222 between the hours of 10am – 5pm Tuesday – Saturday.
Quilt Junction takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any commercial third party, except those that are in need to process the order (i.e. PayPal). Our website is secure. Your personal information is fully encrypted on our external payment processing site. We cannot be held responsible for any breaches of account.
By signing up for our emails, you will not receive unnecessary spam. We use your email address as a way of advising you of new and featured items, classes, events and other information to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and experience when shopping on our site.
